I would like to participate as a future vendor at your Dazzling Darlings Event

All residents of LWV and their guests are invited to this Annual Dazzling Darlings Experience.  This event is FREE for Treasure 💎 Hunters or Craft Lovers ❤️ or Visitors

Color flyers are distributed to all our clubhouses.  It is announced on our Channel 6 TV, village event website, Nextdoor and other social media apps.  

We highly recommend that the vendors invite their client base as well to support all vendors participating in this dazzling experience!

Set up is from  4pm -5pm. The doors will be open to the public from 5-7pm. Springboks will email vendors a couple weeks before the event location map, table assignments.  At 7pm, vendors will begin to dissemble their display.

There are ample parking spaces for the main hall at clubhouse 1.  We are located in the main lounge right behind the fish pond

Springboks will issue gate clearance for the vendors a few days before the event.  Residents and their guests will be responsible for gate clearance.  

A one-stop shopping experience for you, friends and family.  This year we will sell raffles  to support our cause.  Raffles are $5 for 10 tickets.  There will be many raffle prizes and it will be announced here on our website.
