The prices per table:  $25 for 8' table - only 3 tables left, $20 for 6' table (sold out) and $15 for a card table. (sold out)

You have an option to mail us a check. To pay online below,  please note here is an additional $2 fee for credit card payments.  Thank you

All residents of LWV and their guests are invited to Dazzling Darlings Event.   Please remember to register your guests at the gate.  You may email us to do so, if you do not know residents in LWV.   We are allowed to bring 20% from outside of LWV.

We will email blast members of the community, advertise on fifteen private groups on facebook, and 6 large public facebook pages.  Flyers will be distributed to all 7 clubhouses.  We will place this event on the Nextdoor and other social media apps.  We will also notify other club board members of this event.  We will invite our database including our sponsors.  We also recommend that the vendors will invite their client base as well. 

Yes, if you can't make it this time, no worries, we will have more next year.  

Set up is at 2:00pm.  We recommend you park and arrive 15 minutes before 2pm.  The doors will be open to the public at 2:15pm.  We apologize for the short time to set up.  We will give more time at our next Dazzling Darlings event in 2025  

There are two ramps on both side of the multipurpose room, in near proximity to the vendor entrance double doors.   Parking in rear is available for vendors.  Please follow signs for vendor parking.

With your kind donation to our Sunday program, raffles and the rental of tables

Residents and their guests will be responsible for gate clearance.  Springboks will notify the gate ambassadors at the day of the event.

We ask our vendors to donate one item to raffle off at 4pm on the day of the event

Springboks will not be responsible for any vendor's items lost or damaged. Springboks has the right to place vendors on any side/location in the multipurpose room.   For any special circumstances, Springboks has the right to make any accommodations they feel is deemed right.
