All residents of LWV and their guests are invited to the Dazzling Darlings Event. Residents:  Please remember to register your guests at the gate.  Springboks are permitted to bring 20% persons from outside of Laguna Woods Village.   If you do not live in the village please scroll down to Gate Clearance below to register your names. 

This event is FREE for buyers.  We will have raffles for sale to support our cause.

We will email blast members of the community.  Color flyers will be distributed to all 7 clubhouses.  It will be announced on our TV and village event website.  We will place this event on the Nextdoor and other social media apps.  We will also notify other club board presidents of this event.  We will invite our database including our sponsors.  We also recommend that the vendors will invite their client base as well. Please remember to clear them at gate (see button below)

Set up is from 1-2pm.  We recommend you park and arrive at 1pm.  The doors will be open to the public at 2:00-5pm.  Springboks will email all our vendors with a map of the location, a table assignment map with vendor placement.  

With your kind donation for our Sundays Dinner Program, raffles and the rental of tables.  Our sponsors are also listed under "our cause"

There are ample parking spaces for the main hall at clubhouse 1.  Please follow signs for vendor parking. 

Volunteers wearing black shirts with a name tag will support our vendors and buyers during this event.

Residents and their guests will be responsible for gate clearance.  Please provide a list of names to springbokslwv@gmail.com or click button below.  Springboks will notify the gate ambassadors before the event.

We ask our vendors to donate one item to raffle off on the day of the event.  A volunteer will collect the donation and the table number assignment sign before the event

Springboks will not be responsible for any vendor's items lost or damaged. Springboks has the right to place vendors on any side/location in the hall room.   For any special circumstances, Springboks has the right to make any accommodations they feel is deemed right.
