What Is A Springbok?
The "Springbok" pictured here is an antelope found in South Africa. A mascot for Springbok rugby teams. The name derives from the Afrikaans words for "jump" because the animal can perform repeated leaps over 6 feet called "pronking". It has distinctive black stripes, white markings and unique horn shape.
